The South East Wales Safeguarding Children Board provides a comprehensive training and development programme. The programme is open to all South East Wales Local Authorities, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Police, Probation and any other appropriate social care organisation from the statutory or voluntary sectors working within the South East Wales area who provide services for children and families.
To book a place on one of South East Wales Safeguarding Children Board's Training Courses you will need to register your profile, you are only required to register your profile once. You will then have a user name and log in which will give you access to apply for future training courses.
Our courses currently available are available to view from the "courses" icon, once an application is made, yourself and your line manager will receive a confirmation email. Prior to the course you will sent an email to confirm if your application has been successful or unsuccessful.
- There is a charge of £30.00 for private and profit making organisations to attend training.
- A charge of £30.00 will be applied for non attendance where apologies are not received in advance of the course commencing by email or telephone.
- Certificates will not be issued to participants who do not attend for the duration of the course.
- Anyone attending the course who has not booked will not be accepted on the day.
- Lunch is not provided
